i went to walmart today to buy a sieth, for my son for his costume.. and what do i see as i enter? a long table and the health experts from the local hospital giving fat analysis. LOL needless say after gaining 20 or so pounds during the summer putting me way past overweight, i figured what the heck, how much worse could it be. last time i let her do that to me at the health fair, she asked if i had been on bed rest or had some operation i was recuring from, i was so bad lol

well the results were pretty the same as last time, in fact a couple %s less. :O but what surprised me most was her insistance that i was dehydrated. i guess that would explain my headaches somewhat. but i truely hate water.

i started think they were there to drive the water market up for walmart. right away they were suggesting i buy the walmart flavored water to drink. everyone can drink that it seems. i have to admit i have too. back when i was in ww. it was one of the things they suggested too. ahh well i bought some water, but i got my popcorn too. ;)
